หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Daily correspondence and follow up with members inquiries and requests
• To act as the primary contact for members beyond the day-to-day administration
• Maintain good and long-term relationship with members and alliances
• Develop and manage the delivery of campaigns to recruit new members
• Manage the delivery of campaigns designed to retain existing members
• Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are accounted for
• Database maintenance and development
• Prepare and implement direct marketing mailings/ writing news about activity of the organization to Publish in social media
• Generate online PR tools ex. Website and Application to enhance communicate both internal and external
• Manage all aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget track
• Negotiate and coordinate with supplier to get effectively in the best result in term of quality, deadline and budgeting.
• Manage all administrative works related to company activities/events
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Male/ Female, Age 35 years above
• PROFICIENCY in ENGLISH & THAI is necessary
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
• Possess over 5 years of experience in PR, Events, Roadshow, or Exhibitions plan, and Conferences
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher (graphic design ability preferred)
• Experience in multinational company will be an advantage
• Quick learner, hardworking, positive attitude, service minded, intercultural competence
• Full-Time positions only
